David McAtamney
Founder & ChairmanWith over 40 years’ experience in planning and logistics for world-class security in the UK and the Middle East, David understands the needs of all agencies in events and security. The company shares his values of quality, commitment, teamwork, honesty, trust and loyalty.
David founded The Stadium Group in 2009 (originally StadiumTM) to provide professional traffic management for football matches and live events. He saw that managing fan traffic could make events safer and more enjoyable. Since then we have grown & started Kingsbridge Security offering a range of security solutions.
His leadership has helped Kingsbridge Security grow and exceed industry standards, making Kingsbridge Security the first choice for many venues, governments and safety organisations worldwide for end-to-end safety and security solutions.
From 2017 to 2022 he trained over 8,500 operatives in Qatar for the FIFA World Cup, helping them earn formal qualifications including Level 2 International Certificate in Spectator Safety, Level 3 Certificate in Spectator Safety and Level 4 Diploma in Spectator Safety Management.
Lorraine Baillie
DirectorA Trainer with 30 years’ HR experience in major hospitality chains, Lorraine excels in relationship building, people management and development. For the past decade she led Operations and Staffing on high-profile events. She earned an NVQ Level 4 Diploma in Spectator Safety Management (2014) and served as lead Trainer for the Liverpool FC contract, managing ground staff. She is Bronze Commander in the Control Room. In the last 18 months she has focused on Training and Development, including: developing the internal Operations team; assessing Safety Officers across premiership clubs during their NVQ Level 4 training; and consulting, developing and delivering international training programmes.
Carl Taylor
Managing DirectorCarl is an experienced Managing Director with 18 years of Events and Security industry experience, bringing deep sector insight and a solid professional reputation. He possesses strong market knowledge and is well regarded across the industry for his integrity and results. Carl is exceptional at building, leading, and motivating professional, results-oriented teams, and he forges enduring customer relationships by consistently delivering outstanding service and championing industry best practice. With proven capability in strategic planning and implementation, he is tactically astute in managing complex business and event strategies, ensuring clear priorities and practical execution. He consistently delivers high-quality service within budget, supported by effective and timely reporting.
Carl’s most notable achievement is mobilising one of the UK’s largest Premier League stadiums following a new stadium development, a programme that included recruiting one hundred full-time security officers and four hundred event-day SIA operatives.
